Nah, some poking around reveals that I have Realplayer as the assigned plug-in for .au sound files, but I don't use Real for anything and have not registered the copy that came with the PC. Midi files play fine, got any moos in .mid format? (g).

I'm looking for a way to change the assignment, but the "edit" button is disabled for the .au file type. Any ideas?
