Thanks knkesh, for brining the info. to my attention. Naturally, I am not surprised. Wish I'd bought this under 3, haha. I've STILL never owned this stock. Geez! Maybe Mr. Gilder still has a chance to be correct in suggesting that S-CDMA might become the technology cable operators are temporarily forced to gravitate to. Dan B
