Your projected surplus is a deficit and I am willing to bet on that, your boys have gone deficit spending and have not even been in office a year, and now Bushie has driven down the NASDAQ by 30% since he was inaugurated and the Dow by 10% and everything is going to hell in a hand basket, great job
