but, you know- over the long run, we shouldn't expect this co to have a great number of employees. They were needed to build the system, promote the initial sales.... but a large staff won't be needed to grow and handle the ever increasing evwap volumes. In a manner of speaking, the whole idea behind this ats is to automate a percentage of II, B/D trades and provide them with maximum savings in the process. That always meant culling...... in a lot of places where deadwood abounds. All involved will benefit (especially the bottom line for ATG).... those that were underemployed, shuffling paper before evwap came along, will have the opportunity to seek a more fulfilling work life elsewhere.
