Richard, pardon me if I'm a bit cynical when it comes to demand for commercial space in the DC area. This is a company town where the major employer is not in the habit of firing or laying off people, and where the board of directors on Capitol Hill and Pennsylvania Ave. have made it perfectly clear that they're open to contributions from lobbyists and other interest groups. Failing any campaign finance reform that would curtail some of these activities, I can't see anything but a continually growing market, particularly for commercial office space in the DC area. Art
