Richard, A message on the UHT-Yahoo board indicated that Cramer of Street.com gave a buy signal yesterday. I got into NHR at 10.5 after you posted on it, but sold at 12.6 pre-dividend thinking it was getting up there and would sell off. Switched to UHT and watched NHR go to 15, hardly giving me any chance back in. Maybe it'll work in reverse now (g).
