He'll speak highly of those he doesn't feel are a threat. I was referring to Podhoretz' ridiculous calumny against Kirk, what does Buchanan have to do with that? But since you brought him up, Buckley advised NR readers to vote for Buchanan in the New Hampshire primaries in 92, a funny thing to do if he thought Paddy boy was "mildly anti-Semitic." I think he concluded that Buchanan was insufficiently sensitive to Jewish concerns....
