Art, I agree with your observations about the DC commercial space. Unless the defense department is downsizing, demand is more stable than most markets. Still, northern Virginia got a lot of high tech companies in the last few years, and Rockville has a lot of bio-tech. Growth is likely to be stagnant at best in these markets until this storm passes over. Richard Jeffrey, Thanks for the explanation of the Kramer positive remarks on UHT. It's amazing he carries that much clout.
