Dog days, Mr Horowitz like many small cap CEO's may not have learned one of the critical lessons. You take cash when you don't need it. Offering to dilute 25% into the face of this bear was ill considered and the reaction of investors was predictable. The fact that SMY is cash neutral and has suffcient cash for day to day operations is the saving grace here. The withdrawal of this placement is inevitable until we are sufficiently close to the big revenue that is coming from the fortune 50 test customers to create upward pressure on the stock in the face of a placement to raise cash for expansion of production. I kept 80% and haven't lost faith in the longer term success I believe is inevitable here due to the excellent work of Mr Horowitz and Mr Davidson and also the keen interest of International Paper. Back at $6 or after the February excitement in the $3+ range was the time to do this. No one punishes a small cap for carrying cash on the books. Live and learn. Wolf
