Marconi, each deal has to meet certain guide line in order to be fair, these are in place and if one of the parties is slighted then the other will have to accommodate in some way, bottom line Marconi isn't going out of business, just like lucent isn't. They each could be taken over though. Dell really was almost a non profit affair, Ellen Chase at pru was told that Cisco was forecasting and would be consolidating with Jabil, HWP will also they really like Jabil. Jabil is at the front lines in the automotive and cars will be using more not less electornics, lot of outsourcing opp's in that sector coming Jabil's way. The economy is intelligence's meeting its own need, in other words it is self fulfilling, human opinions just don't count because they are so limited in understanding, economy is and always will be Divine.
