That's how it is being played: patents=>spectrum=>network issues (sharing infrastructure and such)=> terminals=>financing=>deployment. How it should be played according to elmat: business design (for user see the benefit and operator see where the money will come from)=>deploy where it matters for those users to benefit and for operator make money=> terminal already exists=>existing operator owns customer=>security is the security of GSM=>first mover takes on the best customers' areas since high traffic areas where it matters. Blocks the second movers a la Bill Gates... The bikini is like those tangas girls wear in Rio is showing everything!!!
