Rich (and all) - Though I'm an SFLX shareholder, what I've learned about the Flex fundamentals suggests that AFLX remains significantly undervalued.
Where that leaves the SFLX valuation is open to definition:
Using today's closing price and the $4/share in cash, one could buy ALL the outstanding SFLX shares for the equivalent of about 3 MONTHS of SFLX's typical gross revenues - $43M!
So, what do you get for your money? A company with essentially no long term debt that's one of two primary players in this specialized area - and is the low cost producer of the two - with brand new capacity in Mexico & the Philippines, and expanded capacity in Singapore, all paid for and ready to roll.
SFLX's top five customers (no special order): HP, IBM, SEG, QNTM, IOM.
SFLX is the sole supplier of flex connectors for Zip drives, and they are now doing work for WDC.
