Tim, RE:"The solution is to eliminate the capital gains tax completely. But then the inner city welfare breeders will squawk that their "entitlements" are being cut." Funny how none of the Dems complained about the complete elimination of cap gains on the sale of a house...which is now fueling a runaway housing market...and further putting out of reach a home for a first time home buyer... The biggest giveaway I can ever remember. After we see the deficit next year, I seriously doubt we will see a tax cut...maybe some hikes... Jim
