Juan, Juan, Juan........ You are the one who is wrong, wrong, wrong.... First let me tell you that there is nothing in print from the SEC exonerating SGA, Ted Melcher, or Shannon Terry. Quite the contrary. The investigation continues. Diversified Corporate Consulting got 10% of SEXI just like they do with all their clients. Guess whose name appears on their letterhead in early '96? None other than Teddy Boy. These guys are going to be lucky to avoid jail time IMHO. The people on SI who know me understand that I do not throw out idle speculation without solid documentation to back up my claims. If you'd care to know the details, let me know. As far as S Martin goes, this person does solid due dilligence so be careful what you say. She is dead right on this issue. Michael D. Kugler
