<font color=red>Criminal Charges

against many in day trading are now being evaluated. To all of you who have knowledge of the counts I have brought forward here, to those who have been involved in any way, I would advise you that now is the time for you to come forward in cooperation with this process. If you do not now come forward with candor as concerns your own involvement, and evidence that may serve to somewhat alleviate the damage done to many innocent citizens, then you risk that criminal charges shall be brought against you in the future, and that you shall be incarcerated for violations of Federal and State law. The choice is up to you.

For my part, I have very little sympathy for anyone who has assiduously labored to destroy fellow citizens through not only immoral and unethical but also thoroughly illegal acts. As for the authorities, I cannot speak for them. However, I doubt they shall be lenient, when the complete truth of these events comes to light.

As for myself and Counsel, we have obtained an impressive catalogue of evidence proving not only some of the counts brought forward here, but a great many others also. It would be very unwise to underestimate what has been made available the past few months. A number of those who have knowledge of these and other charges have already given voice. The story is an appalling one. It is worse than I could ever have possibly imagined. Craven and wanton are words that come to mind at this juncture, with what I have learned this past summer.

You who have broken the law and broken thousands of lives now have very little time to show a modicum of honesty and remorse for your actions. If you do not, then the consequences for you and others involved in these activities shall be quite grave indeed. This I promise you.

Sincerely,

Olivier L. F. Asser
