Thanks for going to that trouble. I especially like the confirmation that IBM's experience with the process AMD has licensed from it showed that it "boosts logic speed by over 25% compared with an equivalent bulk process, while also reducing power consumption." (page 6)

Although this was at .18 and not .13, it is a most pleasant data point to have.

Real production, real world parts, and a "greater than 25% speed increase" and "reduced power consumption" at the same time.
