These the number of shares I came up with. 21.45 million total shares at the time of offering and 2.75m float. Within 30 days, the undrewriters can exercise option to buy 412,500 shares.

Of the 18.70 mil shares that is "restricted", 25,000 shares can be sold immediately at the day of IPO. The rest have a 180 days lock up period.
