the mkt is semi-strong efficient...financial analysis will carry only so far....Ken G's digging goes far longer...most hedge funds dont have internal financial gurus..they rely on the "monkeys" on the street...thats really my opinion of financial analysts with no business acumen (by the way knowing accounting does not get u much in terms of stock picking---mkt is really semi-strong efficient)...top hedge funds hunt for information at any cost...sniffing around customer organization is the best

as for NUKO, cashflow analysis is the best to determine liquidity and their ability to continue investment...i am curious to see how their next financials will look

i made a killing on TTI (tyco toys) because of my fundamental analysis...their balance sheet wasnt too hot...but what clinched it was my contact at Toys R Us (20% of their sales in US)...they noticed sales improving and expected TTI to do well during Christmas with Nintendo coming up short on supply (boys toys)--they were ordering inventory...but what they noticed what was a lack of marketing fights that occurs prior to Christmas between Mattel and TTI...why? Mattel was buying TTI...

i would go through channels everytime but if you are not part of a investment organization...most people wont talk to you...so KEN G. your the man...gud news or bad...you can frontrun then post

cheers
