OK, I see you point here. But do the combined volumes of RS6K and AS400 come even close to the volumes of Xeon? Intel has grand plans to eventually replace all of Xeon with Itanium over the long term. Probably not. But that was never my contention. wanna-bmw invented that issue. Now you seem to have bought into it as well. I simply said (about 4 times now) that Power4 would have higher volumes than the two separate chips currently used for R6000 and AS400 combined..
