As Bruce mentioned..take out tech from the S&P500 and the P/E is now 15.5 i think

the historical average for the S&P is 14.5 i believe.

auto sales are enjoying their 3rd best year ever. Yes, IT spending is down and out. Tech earnings are terrible, but how are the non-tech companies in terms of profits? We all know housing is strong.
