BEIJING (AP) - U.S. Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill on Monday rejected suggestions that Washington should weaken the dollar to boost exports.
Speaking to students at Beijing's University of International Business and Economics, O'Neill said governments should focus on raising productivity instead of manipulating exchange rates.
