Of interest to OTC:BB players. . . . [courtesy jmhollen] Here is something we feel you need to know: There is a very strong petition being circulated that may concern the vast majority of you. It is a petition which demands immediate changes from MMs (Market Makers) for what the authors refer to as MMM (..Market Maker Manipulation..). We have added our signatures to that petition. It further calls for an end to "..Naked Shorting.." or for that matter "..ANY Shorting.." on behalf of the MMs in direct reference to OTC BB (..Over the Counter Bulletin Board..) stocks. More importantly, the petition calls for a boycott of ALL OTC BB stock trading for the days of Sept 24, 25 and 26. We suspect this movement may impact the trading of OTC BB stocks on the aforementioned affected days in question. The purpose of the petition is to cause the MMs to recognize that those who trade in OTC BB stocks are "..fed up.." with the manipulation. Further, it appears the intention of the authors is to present this petition to the US Regulatory Agencies in charge of overseeing the actions of the MMs. The petition only commenced late Friday, Sept 7, but already has about 500 signatures. We suspect it will have numbers by Sept 24th, that will dwarf these early figures. This could become a major movement. Below, please find a link to read, an/or to read and sign this petition. If you feel that MMs are manipulating OTC BB stocks and that said manipulation has/is costing you money, then this may be an excellent opportunity to have your voice heard. This appears to be a legitimate operation, and it is surely gathering momentum. The decision is yours.
