How about the dollar? You do expect it to decline against other currencies and against some commodities, such as gold, don't you?

I certainly do. The biggest debtor of all is the entire United States with those accumulated current account deficits. The dollar's not backed by anything (as we all know) except the "full faith and credit of the United States." Any time you want, we will give you five twenties for every hundred dollar bill you present <g>.
