T, I strongly disagree about tiny rate hikes being at fault. If there had been no rate hikes whatsoever the result would essentially be the same with greater excesses. Furthermore, the talk of tight money does not jive with the monetary aggregates and the expansion of the GSE's loans. It's all about excesses in debt . mike
