Actually, the game did not unfold as you predicted. It unfolded exactly as I predicted - a defensive war. You called the over, like a sucker, and the game went under, of course. Also, Garcia did not reach 400 yards, as you predicted. In regulation, he was probably under 300.
You said Carter and Bradford will be had - in fact Bradford's injury hurt us. You said Vaughn and Hamilton are hurt - Vaughn wasn't hurt and he was THE guy they picked on; Hamilton was healthy, played well, and then got hurt - leading to the breakdown. Also, Ambrose cramped up, missing some key action late in the game
The bottom line is that the Niners had 150 yards and 3 points for the first 3 quarters, and even with the 4th quarter charge against the 3rd string ended up with an embarassing 16 points in 5 quarters. It was the Falcons offense which lost the game with conservative play calling and by playing around with the rookie QB.
