We are actually agreed. Miracle of miracles! We agree that people can drive 55 if they want to. Therefore we are agreed that people don't have to drive faster than 55. Therefore we are agreed that if the speed limit is 55 on a given stretch of road, anybody who wants to can obey that speed limit. Which was all i was saying. And you agree with me. So, chalk that one up for the books.
