The way you dilute is you wake up one day. Realize what needs to be done and you do it. LVLT should have dilute back in January when they went after $3 billion in funds. The fact that the terminated about 33% of their people shows they understood the need. The stock trades under $5.00. And the say we will raise funds through a stock equity to disolve some of our debt. But do not worry we won't do it until after the stock rebonds. Are you the one thats going to rebound the stock?
