Hi uw,

I was watching that HBO mini series by Speilberg and Hanks, called Band of Brothers, last night.
I thought it was well done.
Lots of good action scenes, etc.

I was wondering if you saw it and what you thought of it.
Those dudes were the real deal. True heroes.
I can't imagine what it must have been like jumping out behind the lines not knowing where one might end up.

I wonder if the training scenes stirred up any memories of marching...
You were in one of the airborne divisions right? Or do I have that confused?
Did you ever see any action?

Anyhow, I occasionally lurk around here and the other threads where you gentlemen post.
When I saw those first two parts of the series last night, it made me think of you.
