I wonder what's so secret, that they have to hide which patents these are. What could be so strategic about keeping them undisclosed until the trial? Could they be in discussion with Intel already? Maybe they have no plans to even get to trial. Then again, maybe this is a scare tactic to keep Intel guessing. wanna_bmw
