I wonder what's so secret, that they have to hide which patents these are. What could be so strategic about keeping them undisclosed until the trial? Could they be in discussion with Intel already? Maybe they have no plans to even get to trial. Then again, maybe this is a scare tactic to keep Intel guessing. As I said before, this is standard procedure when sued. Counter sue. Intel as very clear in specifying what patents were violated. In this case it looks like Via is stalling for time to think something up. EP
