Jim,

Thanks for the opinion. You may have called it, as today's
grotesque action may attest. Time will tell. Opening so high
and closing so low while filling the gap no less. Bad bad.
Only good thing is that volume was relatively
low compared to yesterday.

Looks like the company is not getting very favorable terms
on its credit -- in the arena of 30-40% annualized. They
mention a possible 50M line of credit being set up, but
with no guarantees. Could be Dad is offering them favorable
terms in that the 20% is better than 2.5-3%/month and that
he is less strict about when and how they pay him off.
Would he take another block of A/R at a discount? Who knows.

The Pres loaned the company 600,000 at 1%/month. This is
curious. A vote of confidence by the pres?

It's obvious that something has been driving the shares -- I
had the thought the recent news plus the BW exposure. But
momentum has a lot to do with it. I don't think 12 is the
key area -- more like around 16.

As I mentioned in several earlier posts, the family ties
and their effects on this business are curious and a bit murky,
and may represent the greatest risk here.

Good investing,

Mike
