Win, <The "world", in the sense of the pricewatch proxy for the open market, seems content to pay Intel $171 for a 1ghz Piii, and $149 for a 933mhz part, as opposed to $181, $160, and $125 for 1.7, 1.6, 1.5 ghz P4's. > The PIII is being phased out, your example is questionable. <"world" seems content to pay Intell pretty well for Piii parts. Intel will lose market share, business and money, if it were to compete against the Athlon with the PIII (which as an AMD proponent is what you want). You can't understand this?
