<<I hope the case is going well truth and justice! >> Much to my sadness, I have to report that the fight for truth and justice received a setback today. My case concluded in a mistrial due to the loss of too many jurors and the refusal of the opposition to stipulate to 11 jurors versus twelve. The discharged jurors all favored our side of the case and I have no doubt we would have won. Now we have to start over completely:-(
