Well, gee, Anus, let's see: BEFORE the Great Society started paying recipients more if they WEREN'T married and had kids, the illegitimacy rates for ALL demographic groups were much smaller. Not that we should accept the idea of an incentive when money is involved. That would force us to also face the fact that federal revenues rise permanently when marginal tax rates are lowered.

And we can't have human nature or truth interfering with good Democrat politics, can we? Now, about those reparations...
