I tend to approach an interview as I would a normal conversation, except the conversation is about job tasks and my abilities to perform those tasks... I rely on my own knowledge, skills, experiences, and past training to fill in the blanks... I approach an interview as a pleasant encounter with friendly people who are probably as nervous as I am since they're under the gun to find someone to fill that slot... the pressure is on them, not on me... my relaxed demeanor tends to put them at ease and gives me the upper hand... I just let myself be me and if they're not interested in me, that's okay, it's their problem, not mine.....<g> it has always worked for me, it shows self confidence and good interpersonal skills, I believe.....<g> GZ
