Now...if you have 1540 shares @ $7.1 = $10934. This is way better than you put your money in the bank and do
nothing. Of course there is a risk of the share price is 20% lower, then you loss.

------------ That is a risk, if and only if , you were in the trusts for the short term. They are best as long term accumulating investments. Playing them in any other way is just not the way to go. -----------------------

You also have a chance to see the
share price go back to $7.4 then your 1540 shares = $11396(before tax).

----------- Your chance of having the units come back in price is made with minimal risk if one employees a strategy that takes advantage of the long term trading ranges of the trusts. Buy or accumulate only when prices are historically favorable. You never buy them at the top of their cycles. You just collect the income. When prices fall you then accumulate when prices are near or within their cycle low ranges. Or when it is comfortable for you. To each his own. Then when prices recover they allways do history shows that all too well. Just think this example of yours deals with just a few months time span. What happens when one extends that time span a few years.? What happens when one extends that time span again a few decades.? How about many decades? We both know the answers to that don't we? Too bad others have such a big problem with it. Its not rocket science. It doesn't use complex math.

I will go for the energy trust..

---------- Good for you, me too. Let the others frett about every little number, every little detail. Let them second guess themselves, should they get in now, should they wait. Should they buy more should they wait. Should they sell and take some profits. Should they let their money sit in a savings account. Oh gee they missed an entry point oh well maybe next time. Hell they missed another one. Oh and they missed taking a profit here and there too. Gee all these misses sure do add up. Oh I forgot they can magically tell these entry and exit points. Now isn't that quite the fantasy story. -----------
