Like I said, one major Dem supports capital gains tax it's probably going to go quickly. The name I heard last night was Kerry though I haven't spoken to him about it personally. He usually asks me for advice but not this time.(gg) Anyway if it goes it they'll fast-track it because they need the revenues to balance the budget. And they want to boost the markets to. The dwindling wealth factor is of major concern, and peoples retirements. Tax cuts are looking teensy compared to what people are losing in the markets, then tack on the energy gougigns last year too. And people losing money vote out incumbants. Bush and the Dems need to do something and fast. They have very few options and will have to agree on something together. Maybe they'll compromise and each give the other something they want.
