PFE, Northrup and Dell all bullish statements today.
Not everything will go up but there are certainly important pockets of strength. Yeah EMC, NOK and PALM all up 4% today and much more could be coming. Traders in general and turning cautiously bullish here after today's comforting rebound from the abyss.
