The article said "You violate your Oath of Office by creating, sponsoring or voting for a law which is in ANY part un-Constitutional." The Bush v. Gore Supreme Court determined that the law Congress passed was unconstitutional. The fact that Congress vowed to find a way to reduce spending in a way that does not violate the Constitution doesnt change that fact. Enough for now. Goodnight.
