John and SB: The mission-critical nature of i2 software puts them in the spotlight. Whether it is code or some other implementation problem I know I don't have a clue. As for the value represented by i2 software, whatever the difficulties, I believe that they are on exactly the right track to help their clients substantially increase productivity with concept-to-customer B2B solutions, and in that sense I will be a fan even if they have bad days along with the good ones.
