Bush should curtail his Pentagon spending and stop his plan to militarize outer space. Because of the lack of leadership, the world is destabilizing at a rapid pace and all Bush can think of to solve the problems is to put a
plan into place that will satisfy his cronies with gov't contracts.

Bush's education plan is to put a huge testing program into place.........it will increase the bureaucracy and fail to give aid to educational aids and programs that will help students learn. His program in Texas was a failure. All the teachers did was teach to the test so education in general suffered. It will also cause a huge debate as to who and what subject matter will be taught. In order to increase school averages they put the poor students into special ed classes.
