Thor, <<Are they worth the same amount in stock price??>> Should be since they will both share profits 50/50. I believe the shares outstanding is about the same for each company. Therefore IMO USPS is undervalued GPGI by 3. Looking at the numbers in the PR suggests both companies are seriously undervalued by multiples.
