Oh , this will change the landscape of global security ... This will bring on a global martial law response...by the US and the European coalitions . there will be a complete moritorium on easy peace negotiations , and diplomats getting away with fillibuster and deceipt and dragging their feet ... It will certainly put the spotlight on religious fundamentalism , and "if "it is a Palestinian/Islamic backed action , it will hurt them the most... they will be quarantined and cordoned off like Iraq.
