cheney and Powell. Clinton was less qualified to deal with something like this in his first year in office,

I'd rather be able to pick up the phone and talk to my Father who won the Gulf war and knows the lay of the
Land. They can get James Baker's insights as well, he was an extraordinarily gifted Sec of State.
