Update: My brother is in the State Dept Building & is apparantly fine & is trying to ;leave but phone lines were terminated and cell lines are scrammbled He was in tears, and in shock..This is truly Horrific. Its the most disgusting display of Terror and cowardice... what can I say....Anyone dancing in the streets over this IS NOT HUMAN!
