Any effects will be very shortterm. If there is a spasm of Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt, it will pass quickly, as everyone realizes that these kind of attacks change nothing. Even a series of attacks like this (and I doubt any group has the capability to do that) would change nothing.

The U.S. has a Global Reach unmatched by any other nation at any other time in history. Whoever did this will be hunted down.
