Today's attacks are far more bullish for gold than a weaker dollar alone could ever be. Global players have long operated under the assumption that the US as the only superpower could pretty much do anything it wanted in the world without much fear of retaliation.

With the US exposed as highly vulnerable those days are over. As the belief in US omnipotence erodes, investment interest in gold and gold stocks is bound to escalate rapidly.
