Two 747s diverted to Whitehorse, one landed and kept way down the tarmac, people told to get away from it and away from the terminal, another coming in with fighter escort ... first one a freighter of korean airlines .... schools evacuated, other buildings [all this from cbc radio just now] ... lots of planes overhead here, landing Vancouver this morning, diverted from elsewhere ... yes, how do we explain this species to its young, will they figure it out any better than we have bloodservices.ca
