IMO, this is not a time to assume the approach of "beyond reasonable doubt of guilt". "just reasonable" is appropriate. Way I look at it, if US Intelligence is able to say "reasonable doubt", lets neutralize the group(s). It can be looked at as "retribution" or "premptive strike to prevent future occurences". cheers, kumar
