This is way above the heads of the PLO and Bin Laden. It would take several years for them to plan which makes it even more impossible. The PLO is perhaps the world's largest terrorist organization. Bin Ladin has many millions of dollars and a small army of atleast 2000 with trained terrorist includeing pilots. This isn't beyond either groups capabilities. Why do you think it is? Who do you think could have done it if neither of these groups could? Tim
